I expected my order to be delivered to the home address as directed on the day promised. Instead it was held and delivered to a different location on an entirely different day.

Hi Marci, I'm sorry for the confusion regarding the delivery. Deborah had specifically asked me to have all of the plants delivered to the church rather than to her home. Her home was already overwhelmed with food, she had very little counter space available so she felt the church would be a better place for the plants. I do sincerely apologize that I did not communicate her wishes regarding the delivery location to you directly, that was my mistake. My intention was simply to follow the instructions Deborah gave me and make sure the plants were delivered where she requested.

This was an order for a funeral arrangement. I placed an online order for the flowers for the Monday funeral, as it didn’t seem that Sunday deliveries were offered. A beautiful arrangement arrived on Sunday for the visiting hours. Spectacular customer service!
